Job Description
- Ensure that the sit work is performed at the required quality standards.
- Mentor and guide other team members and provide leadership and expertise to cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules in terms of time and cost.
- Coordinate staff assignments as authorized by management.
- Prepare/review weekly and monthly reports.
- Attend kick-off, weekly and progress meetings and taking minutes.
- Determine the weekly action lists for progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.
- Required experience from 15 to 20 years.
- Knowledge of Autocad, and Revit is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical drawings and details.
- Proven experience in Specs and BOQs.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other team members.
- Organized, structured, and professional, with a passion for excellence.
