We are seeking passionate fresh graduates and entry-level professionals to join our team and drive technological advancement.Job Role:We are looking for an IT Support Specialist graduated from a related field or has 1-2 years of experience in the field to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting software and hardware issues.Manage and develop Smartsheet solutions, including dashboards, formulas, and reports.Maintain and develop WordPress websites, including theme and plugin management.Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including user management, security, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure.Create and maintain basic Power BI dashboards designs for reporting and data visualization.Perform regular updates, patching, and maintenance of software systems.Requirements:A degree in a related field (IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).Experience in IT support roles or eagerness to learn for fresh graduates.Familiarity with Smartsheet, WordPress, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 Admin.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues.Excellent communication skills with a focus on helping non-technical users.A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
