- Experience managing multiple open positions and overseeing the recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, database management, and internet research.
