Job Description
- Collaborate with line managers and workforce planning teams to understand hiring needs and volume forecasts
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet high-volume demands within tight timelines
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company at external recruitment events.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in mass hiring within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment drives.
- Familiarity with labor market trends in the industrial sector.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
