Job Description
- Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, internal databases, and targeted headhunting.
- Craft and maintain accurate job descriptions.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and keep them updated and organized.
- Ensure excellent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
- Perform background checks and reference verification.
- Prepare and issue compelling job offer letters.
- Assist in new hire onboarding, including documentation and scheduling training.
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
- Drive the employee referral process, including communication and bonus tracking.
- Support employer branding and refine job posting strategies.
- Contribute to the improvement of hiring workflows and recruitment tools.
Job Requirements
- Previous Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant with solid experience in hiring #Engineers positions is a must
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
- Very good English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reputable BSc degree
- HR certificate or diploma
