Job Description

  • Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, internal databases, and targeted headhunting.
  • Craft and maintain accurate job descriptions.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team leads.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and keep them updated and organized.
  • Ensure excellent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Perform background checks and reference verification.
  • Prepare and issue compelling job offer letters.
  • Assist in new hire onboarding, including documentation and scheduling training.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Drive the employee referral process, including communication and bonus tracking.
  • Support employer branding and refine job posting strategies.
  • Contribute to the improvement of hiring workflows and recruitment tools.

Job Requirements

  • Previous Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant with solid experience in hiring #Engineers positions is a must
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular)
  • Very good English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Reputable BSc degree
  • HR certificate or diploma
