Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day quality operations and inspection activities on the production floor.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).
- Monitor product quality throughout all stages of production and address any non-conformance issues.
- Investigate quality complaints and root causes; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain and improve documentation including SOPs, quality checklists, and audit reports.
- Train and mentor quality team members on inspection procedures, quality tools, and safety standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and proper documentation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Track and report key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, rework, customer complaints).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
