Job Description
- Lead and supervise the QA/QC team across all project phases.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC systems and procedures in alignment with company and client standards.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure project compliance with contractual specifications, codes, and standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, material approvals, NCRs, etc.
- Provide training and guidance to QA/QC personnel to ensure consistent quality performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QC tools, and inspection methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
