Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Systems Section Head to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, He/She will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits, ensuring adherence to established quality standards
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning for non-conformities and quality incidents
- Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to establish quality metrics and monitor performance
- Provide training and support to staff on quality processes and best practices
- Lead initiatives to evaluate and improve existing quality systems and processes
Job Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science from national universities only (no higher institutes)
- 10+ years of experience in quality systems management
- Knowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and write report
- Experience with auditing processes and regulatory compliance
- SAP/ Oracle user
- Proficiency in Arabic and English fitting with the role and the intensive reporting requirements entailed
- Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and quality control techniques
- Experience with document control systems and electronic quality management systems (eQMS)
