Job Description
The Education Quality Assurance and Accreditation Manager leads the standardization, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance systems across ArabSkills' Applied Technology Schools (ATS). The role is responsible for maintaining consistently high-quality educational standards aligned with national and international accreditation requirements. The manager actively collaborates with the Ministry’s ATS Quality Unit, school-based quality offices, and international accreditation bodies, regularly conducting school visits across Egypt to support effective quality management and accreditation maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardize quality assurance practices and processes across all Applied Technology Schools.
- Ensure and maintain consistently high-quality vocational education through regular evaluation, feedback, and continuous improvement actions.
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the Ministry’s ATS Quality Unit to ensure schools align with national quality standards.
- Engage regularly with international accreditation bodies (e.g., Pearson UK, City & Guilds UK or AHK Germany) to maintain international accreditation approvals.
- Provide guidance and training to School Quality Officers to enhance their expertise and ensure effective implementation of quality standards.
- Perform regular school visits across Egypt to monitor quality standards, evaluate practices, and support local teams in achieving quality objectives.
- Develop and regularly update the School's operational Manual and ArabSkills Quality Manual to ensure adherence to defined standards and guidelines.
- Analyze findings from internal and external quality visits, recommend corrective actions, and oversee their effective implementation.
- Review and analyze student assessment data, monitor improvement plans, and measure their effectiveness and impact.
- Continuously review, update, and maintain compliance with international education quality standards and accreditation criteria.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate studies in Education or Quality Assurance.
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in educational quality assurance and accreditation, preferably in technical and vocational education contexts.
- Demonstrated experience in managing quality assurance and accreditation processes with international bodies.
- Solid understanding of competency-based education frameworks, curriculum evaluation, and instructional assessment methodologies.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders (Governmental and Private)
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop quality assurance staff.
- Proficiency in analyzing educational performance data and student assessment outcomes.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and perform regular school visits throughout Egypt.
