Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Feeds Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing processes of animal feed products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of production staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production activities in the feeds manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the R&D and quality assurance teams to develop new products.
- Prepare production reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshoot production issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field.
