Job Description
1. Assessment Design & Delivery
- Develop and deliver assessment tools and frameworks (psychometric tests, technical tests, case studies, role plays, simulations) aligned with organizational competency models.
- Design digital skills assessments in areas like data analytics, AI literacy, cybersecurity awareness, and emerging tech tools.
- Create tailored assessment methodologies for technology-driven job families (e.g., software engineers, data analysts, digital marketers).
2. Evaluation & Reporting
- Conduct competency-based interviews (CBI) and behavioral event interviews (BEI).
- Use digital assessment platforms and AI-enabled tools for faster and data-driven evaluation.
- Produce detailed, evidence-based reports on candidates’ behavioral, technical, and cultural fit.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with hiring managers, L&D teams, and technical experts to align assessment processes with business needs.
- Provide expert advice on digital capability frameworks (e.g., SFIA, DigComp, or company-specific models).
- Present findings and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
4. Technology Integration
- Implement online assessment systems, virtual AC/DC (Assessment Centers / Development Centers), and digital proctoring tools.
- Leverage analytics dashboards to monitor performance, trends, and predictive hiring insights.
- Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends (AI recruitment tools, digital badges, gamified assessments).
5. Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure all assessment processes comply with employment laws, data privacy regulations (GDPR), and ethical assessment guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of objectivity, confidentiality, and fairness.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Digital HR.
Certifications
- HR/Assessment-related certifications (SHRM, CIPD, BPS Test User Level A & B).
- Technology/digital certifications (SFIA Practitioner, LinkedIn Skill Assessments, or relevant vendor certs in data, AI, or digital tools).
Experience
- 5–8 years in HR assessment, talent acquisition, or organizational development.
- Proven experience in assessing tech/digital roles or implementing tech-enabled assessments.
- Hands-on with HRIS, ATS, and digital assessment platforms.
Technical/Digital Competencies
- Familiarity with assessment software (SHL, Talogy, Aon, Codility, HackerRank, etc.).
- Understanding of digital literacy frameworks and future skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and ability to interpret assessment analytics.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and observation skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- High attention to detail and impartial judgment.
