General Manager (also serving as Marketing Team Manager)
Location: Sheraton, New Cairo, Egypt
Job Type: Full-Time
Introduction:
As the General Manager, you will oversee all operations in Egypt, with a particular focus on leading the marketing team. You will supervise other departmental managers and ensure all business objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve online sales targets.
- Supervise department managers and ensure cohesive operations across the company.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and market expansion.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
