Job Description
- Monitor and follow up on production progress from order placement to shipment.
- Coordinate between production, quality control, logistics, and export departments.
- Ensure timely updates on order status to internal teams and customers.
- Track and report any delays or production issues, proposing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with suppliers on raw material deliveries and ensure availability for production.
- Support the sales team with post-order communication and problem-solving.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in production follow-up, export coordination, or supply chain (textiles or manufacturing sector preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of rugs, carpets, or home textiles production processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
