Job Description
Managing and coordinating the processes of registering and accrediting the company as a vendor with governmental bodies and authorities.
Submitting and following up with subsidiaries of the General Petroleum Corporation, the Petrochemicals Holding Company, and the Natural Gas Holding Company.
Preparing and delivering the required technical and financial documents for vendor accreditation.
Following up on registration procedures and regularly updating the company’s information.
Maintaining accurate records of registration requests and renewal dates.
Handling the delivery and receipt of documents with banks, clients, and suppliers.
Drafting official letters and correspondence.
Maintaining and organizing the company’s documents and records.
Job Requirements
Experience in the same field.
Good knowledge of vendor registration procedures with government entities and companies in the petroleum and energy sectors.
Ability to efficiently prepare technical and administrative documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel – Word).
Proficient in handling emails in both Arabic and English.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with representatives of various entities.
Previous experience dealing with target companies is preferred.
Willingness to travel across different governorates for registration, follow-up, and submission of company applications.
