Job Description
- Administration & Secretarial work for Group Financial Controller and for the the Financial Department.
- Supporting other operational departments of the company in their administrative work.
- Managing agenda of Group Financial Controller.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Follow up of registration and renewal of the Trade Marks owned by Travco Group.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Job Requirements
- Very good English
- Very good MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Preferably graduated from Faculty of Commerce
- Preferably lives in Sheikh Zayed or 6 October
