Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP System Implementer to join our team and play a key role in the successful deployment and support of our ERP solutions. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for technology-driven transformation.

Job Description:

As an ERP System Implementer, you will be responsible for:

Participating in the full ERP implementation cycle: requirement gathering, system setup, data migration, training, testing, and go-live support.
Analyzing client business processes to provide tailored ERP solutions that meet their operational needs.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and operations to ensure a smooth rollout.
Conducting user training and preparing system documentation.
Providing ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Coordinating with the technical team for customization and integrations when needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Accounting background is strongly preferred.
Proven experience (1+ years) with ERP systems (implementation or end-user level).
Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in finance and inventory.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written) is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and client environments.
