Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges.
Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.

  • Project Management:
    Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.).
    Coordinate with creative, technical, and analytics teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Develop and present strategic marketing plans that align with client goals.
    Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client performance.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients.
    Prepare reports that demonstrate results and ROI, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Communication:
    Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, discuss feedback, and strategize next steps.
    Act as the voice of the client within the agency, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with other departments (creative, content, analytics) to deliver cohesive marketing solutions.
    Foster a team-oriented environment that promotes creativity and innovation.
  • Market Research:
    Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
    Conduct competitive analysis to inform client strategies.
     

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, senior account executive or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence on clents
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and power point)
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
