Job Description
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles.
- Find and attract qualified candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and hiring best practices
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- +1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
