Job Description

Muqbis is looking for an Ecommerce customer service that that holds knowledge of both traditional customer service and ecommerce business practices. Ecommerce customer service specialists are responsible for handling inquiries, complaints, and other issues from customers who have purchased products or services online.

Ecommerce customer service specialists must be able to quickly assess the situation at hand and determine the best course of action to take. They may need to research product details or company policies in order to provide accurate information and resolve any issues.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking  & time management abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
