Job Description
- Responsible for Preparing tendering & sales and purchase/service contracts and ensure company requirements are continually being met.
- Negotiate contract terms with internal and external business partners,clients and subcontractors
- Review and update existing contracts
- Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
- Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
- Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed
- Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (e.g. payments and shippings)
- Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
- Create language standards for existing and new contracts
- Monitor contract execution and handle disputes.
- Establish and monitor regular performance reporting and contribute to the monthly progress reports.
- Any other ad hocks or extra duties as per the management requirements and directions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Law.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in contracts management.
- Familiar with standard contract forms.
- Strong attention to detail and legal awareness.
- Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
- Excellent writing skills
- Familiarity with accounting procedures
