Job Description
-Maintain and update sourcing databases with detailed supplier and material information.
- Coordinate and track sample deliveries, ensuring accurate records.
- Support supplier evaluations, including preparing and maintaining technical reports.
- Handle routine administrative tasks and assist the Manager with operational activities.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve minor issues and clarify requirements.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field such as Pharmacy , Science .
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or administrative roles. Or Similar Field such as QA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
