Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled Expert Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize high-budget paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). You will play a key role in driving ROI, scaling performance, and identifying growth opportunities through strategic media buying and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage high-performing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad placements, budgets, and bidding strategies for maximum ROAS.
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and continuous improvements.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting strategies.
- Work closely with creative teams to test and refine ad creatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
- Track KPIs, generate reports, and present results to stakeholders.
- Test new channels, ad formats, and funnel strategies to unlock scale.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing ads.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube is a plus.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
- Experience with lead generation.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
