Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and conversion across multiple channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, Display, Affiliates, etc.).
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and deliver a strong ROI.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics, including cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead the marketing automation and customer segmentation efforts to deliver personalized experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Media Buying or digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other performance marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
