Job Description
- Maintain commercial records on Salesforce and other internal platforms
- Handle after-sales operations and client support
- Update clients with pricing changes and business updates
- Achieve quarterly performance targets
- Prepare and execute quarterly customer engagement plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to match customer forecasts and operational needs
- Review customer contracts and update reports regularly
Provide a healthy, solution-oriented customer experience - Create and manage opportunities on Salesforce
- Send accurate quotations and follow-ups
- Act as liaison between clients and operations teams
- Ensure timely payments and monitor adherence to terms
- Maintain full records of client interactions on CRM
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, logistics, or account management roles
- Prior experience in B2B sales or shipping/logistics is a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (fluency is a must)
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask and handle commercial operations independently
- Multinational (English & French)
