Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales & Onboarding Associate to join our flexible, on-demand team. You'll be our face on the ground—responsible for conducting sales visits and onboarding new restaurant partners directly in the field.
This is a freelance, task-based role suitable for proactive individuals who are looking for flexible work arrangements while making a real impact in the F&B tech space.
Key Responsibilities
Visit restaurants to introduce our platform and close sales on-site.
Answer client inquiries and provide demos of platform features.
Train new partners on how to use the system and assist in basic setup (menus, system walkthrough, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with restaurant managers and staff.
Share feedback and insights with the central team to improve products and processes.
Document completed tasks and report key performance indicators (e.g., task duration, customer readiness).
Work Mechanism
You'll join a dedicated WhatsApp group with other approved collaborators.
When a task (sales or onboarding) becomes available, we post the details.
You can claim the task and begin executing it based on your availability.
Compensation
Per-task payment: Fixed fee or commission for each successful sale.
Onboarding bonus: Additional reward for each successful client onboarding.

Job Requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably in F&B or tech industries).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train clients and simplify technical information.
A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Fluent in Arabic; English is a plus.
