Job Description

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience:
  • 1-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate industry or online platforms.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and meeting sales targets.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the real estate market and online real estate platforms.
  • Understanding of property listings, real estate marketing, and the digital marketplace.

    Sales Skills:
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell and cross-sell services to clients.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Communication skills.
  • interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in managing a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring long-term engagement.
