Job Description

Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

  • Principal Accountabilities:

1- Continuous development of sales and profitability of the Division through the introduction of profitable new improved products, equipment, and other marketing projects with coordination with Technical Product Marketing Dep.

2- Achieve the best possible profitability for all existing products and marketing activities consistently with overall sales/profit objectives and the competitive market situation by controlling the price implementation in the line with the commercial Policy of the company.

3- Motivate profitable sales of all existing and new products and projects by promotional activity involving all appropriate forms of advertising, deals and public relations publicity.

4- Prepare all marketing plans and sales estimates in liaison with Sales Managers for both new and existing products.

5- Provide maximum opportunity for the staff to fully develop their expertise and knowledge compatibly with the needs of the company.

6- Co-ordinate the activities of the development Team related to product development, marketing plans, sales estimating and promotional activities generally.

7- Ensure good service from service agencies such as digital, Advertising and P.R. agents. Recommending changes if necessary and proposing alternative agents for approval.

8- Engage with any outside organization necessary to development and promotional activities such as market research, package design, equipment design, consultants etc... And ensure good liaison communication and satisfactory performance.

9- Issue and recommend annual new product marketing plans advertising promotion and deal strategies and expenditure levels prepared in liaison with Sales Managers.

10- Direct the preparation of all creative advertising and purchasing of promotional material including sales literature, exhibitions, sales aids, etc... In liaison with Sales Manager.

11- Issue approved sales estimates, marketing plans and new product schedules to all departments concerned.

12- Organize and stage-managing principal sales conferences/meetings in liaison with Sales Manager.

13- Control the Marketing budgets, delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget.

Job Requirements

  • Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10:13 Years of experience (Preferably in Home Appliances industry).
  • V. Good in English is a Must.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Analytical Skills & Result Oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
