Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resources Executive at Khazyn (Arma's Sister Company).
As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for performing related HR operations, Employee relations, HR policies.
Your day-to-day tasks will include all personnel and onboarding tasks, and may include recruitment, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- (2-3) years of experience in HR different functions.
- At least 1 year of experience in Personnel (Strong personnel experience)
- Familiar with ERP Systems (HR Module)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in talent acquisition and employee performance management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in HR is a plus
