Job Description

• Study tender documents (BOQ, SPEC, RFI’S, Drawings) include site visits & modifications of proposal all during tender situation.
• Review design parameters of projects, coordinated with other Dept., follow’s pricing, prepare cost analysis sheet’s, follow’s supplies quotation’s as per vendor list.
• Develops Study offers and proposals from suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Determines key variables for cost and other estimates.
• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements for the projects.
• Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Prepare final technical Commercial submittal with all relevant Documents including all charges & taxes for final submission.
