Your Role:
- Leading and inspiring a team of engineers and architects to manage and develop comprehensive design packages and tender documents
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions
- Mentoring and developing the skills of your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Understanding client needs, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring effective communication of important information
- Regularly check the progress of tasks against the project timeline
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university.
- 10+ years of proven experience in a design management role, with a strong portfolio to showcase your leadership in design projects.
- Expertise in design software (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) and a keen eye for detail.
- Multidisciplinary conscious with other trades ( MEP, structure,.. etc)
- Aware of the full project cycle from concept design to implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- LEED, PRMG, and PMP certifications are valuable additions.
