Job Description
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with all departments to gather inputs for baseline programs.
- Monitor project progress and generate regular reports (weekly and monthly).
- Identify project delays and propose mitigation measures.
- Participate in project progress meetings with clients and consultants.
- Ensure alignment between schedule, cost control, and procurement plans.
- Support claims and extension of time (EOT) submissions when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction companies, including mega projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must.
- Strong understanding of construction sequences and project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
