Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners, to achieve project milestones.

Bachelor of Engineering from rebuttable university .
Minimum 12 years of experience in projects and site work, with Real estate experience and residential in a must.
Minimum of 4 year of proven experience in project management or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Capability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work onsite as required by project demands.
