Job Description
1. Corporate Performance Management
•Own the corporate OKR framework and lead annual strategic planning cycles.
•Align strategic objectives with departmental execution through a top-down planning model.
•Monitor strategic initiative performance and recommend course corrections.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Consulting
•Facilitate alignment workshops and strategy development with department heads and C-suite.
•Coach managers in goal-setting and strategy translation.
•Collaborate with HR and Finance to link strategy with resource planning.
3. Data Analysis, Financial Modeling & Strategic Reporting
•Conduct high-level strategic modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
•Evaluate impact of growth or transformation initiatives on profitability and ROI.
•Synthesize internal data and market research to influence long-term direction.
4. Presentation & Communication Excellence
•Prepare CEO and board-level strategic presentations, briefs, and talking points.
•Communicate complex strategies in a visual, compelling format for cross-functional use.
•Maintain the strategy knowledge base and initiative tracker.
5. Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
•Benchmark strategy execution methods and enhance OKR design, planning timelines, and reporting cadence.
•Recommend improvements to enterprise-level strategy workflows.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
•Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI/Tableau
•Strategy/Budgeting Tools (e.g., BSC, Strategyzer)
•7+ years in strategic planning, corporate development, or consulting.
•Experience working with executive leadership teams.
Preferred Certifications:
•OKR Certified Professional (C-OKRP), PMP
