Job Description
- Serve as the focal point of contact for all accounts matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Build account plan and focus to execute it with different stakeholders.
- Forecast and pipeline account metrics
- Collaborate with different internal teams to identify and grow opportunities within account.
- Prepare reports on account status
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of at least 5 yrs experience in IT field as sales, presales or Projects with proven success.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS office software
- Eager to learn new solutions and products.
- Good horizontal knowledge in light current and smart solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and keeping deadlines.
