Job Description
- Assist customers in making reservations for flights, hotel accommodations, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
- Provide detailed information on available travel options, including schedules, pricing, policies, and special offers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently in the company’s booking system, ensuring all customer details are entered correctly.
- Respond to customer inquiries, including requests for information on availability, rates, and services.
- Make changes or cancellations to existing reservations according to customer needs and company policies.
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs, helping them select the best travel options.
- Handle billing and payment information, ensuring transactions are processed securely and accurately.
- Assist customers with special requests or specific needs (e.g., accessibility accommodations, special packages, etc.).
- Maintain knowledge of the company’s services, promotions, and policies to offer the best possible customer service.
- Ensure that all reservations and customer interactions meet company standards for quality and professionalism.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- 2 -4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or reservations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems, booking software, and basic office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and transportation options is a plus.
