Job Description
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings through GDS/online portals.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per client requests.
- Coordinate with airlines and clients for itinerary changes, special requests, or travel updates.
- Provide clients with accurate information, travel options, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and ensure timely follow-up.
- Hotel bookings .
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in ticketing and reservations (preferably with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Strong knowledge of travel systems and fare rules.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
