Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Book flights and issue tickets using GDS systems (such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
- Modify and cancel reservations as requested by customers.
- Provide accurate fare quotations, travel itineraries, and travel-related information.
- Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional manner.
- Process payments and ensure ticketing rules and airline policies are followed.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel trends.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain proper records of transactions.
- Will be responsible for efficiently and accurately handling tour reservations
- Providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience for our clients.
- You will act as a key point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, providing information about our tour packages, and processing bookings with precision.
Job Requirements
- Experience Needed from 6 Months to 1 Year
- Proficiency in GDS systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during a fixed Shift
