Job Description
We are seeking Reservation Agent to join the team at a high-quality restaurant. If you have prior experience working in hotels, or fine dining restaurants, we would love to hear from you.
As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for managing bookings, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant reservation experience
Job Requirements
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Confirm, modify, or cancel reservations as needed.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest details in the system.
- Communicate special requests or requirements to the relevant departments.
- Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menus, and special events.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
