Job Description
- Assist in setting brand financial and marketing targets and ensuring their achievement.
- Assist in planning for marketing and support activities in coordination with the Brand Manager, Sales Team, and External Agencies.
- Execute plans and report on campaign results.
- Follow-up on the execution of advertising and promotional activities.
- Coordinate, Execute, and Follow-up on research projects.
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of market research.
- Report marketing activities to the direct manager, through written reports.
- Conduct regular market visits and provides written reports to the Brand Manager.
- Coordinate and follow up on R&D projects.
- Follow up on new product launches with R&D, Manufacturing, and Sales.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager / Business Developer / Marketing Specialist
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management.
- FMCG experience is a must.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, best practices, and event coordination.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
