Job Description
- Make The administrative position of the company's employees
- Preparing Production incentive statements
- Collecting effects on Microsoft Excel and recording them on the company's payroll program
- Pay slip processing and distribution to departments
- Participating in preparing accounts for employee transfer and car wages that transport workers
- Monthly dues (Mubarak Cole - monthly transfers - the doctor, the gynecologist, the hygiene supervisor, etc.)
- Accounts of employment offices
- Reviewing the immediate disbursement statements for the night and Friday allowances
- Participation in the committee for reviewing the supplies of workers' safety dues (salaries and adjustments that were not paid to their employers)
- Recording job adjustments as well as salaries or transfers from departments of the company on the wages program
- Participate in preparing Monthly Meeting by supplying data related to wages, costs, salaries and others within the scope of my job duties
- Participating in the annual inventory of the company's treasury at the end of each year
Job Requirements
- Males Only.
- Manufacturing Background is must
- Excellent communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Very good Computer skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Experience in using ERP system is a must.
