Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Oracle system operations to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Conduct regular reviews of Oracle control reports (e.g., GL, AP, AR, PO, Inventory, Projects).
- Develop and generate operational and management reports using Oracle BI tools (e.g., OBIEE, OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues related to Oracle processes and data flows.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies, data security standards, and audit requirements.
- Perform reconciliation checks between subledgers and general ledger.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to enhance reporting accuracy and system efficiency.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closings by providing key system-generated reports and validations.
- Provide training and documentation for business users on Oracle reporting tools and processes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP systems (EBS, Fusion/Cloud) with a focus on operations and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Oracle BI tools (BI Publisher, OTBI, OBIEE), and data extraction.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (especially Financials, SCM, and Projects).
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
