Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Oracle system operations to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
• Conduct regular reviews of Oracle control reports (e.g., GL, AP, AR, PO, Inventory, Projects).
• Develop and generate operational and management reports using Oracle BI tools (e.g., OBIEE, OTBI, BI Publisher).
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues related to Oracle processes and data flows.
• Ensure compliance with internal control policies, data security standards, and audit requirements.
• Perform reconciliation checks between subledgers and general ledger.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to enhance reporting accuracy and system efficiency.
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closings by providing key system-generated reports and validations.
• Provide training and documentation for business users on Oracle reporting tools and processes.
