Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain daily accounting records, Invoices and sales support issues.
- Support the implementation and optimization of office procedures, policies, and systems.
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports, records, and presentations related to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of medical supplies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new administrative staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office (EXCEL & PowerPoint are a must)
- Accurate, detail-oriented, organized personality.
- 1-3 years of previous experience in a secretary or office admin position is a plus
- Logistics and customs regulations or previous experience is a plus
- Ability to handle external tasks and other tasks in a timely manner
- 6th October residents are highly prefered
