Job Description

  • Updating the organizational structure and functional levels in coordination with departmental managers
  • Design Clear Job Analysis, by reviewing of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions.
  • Work closely with business units’ heads and Department’s managers to set all KPIs and cascade them to all company departments, Sections & Positions.
  • Participate in full process of performance management reviews and evaluations for all employees.
  • Assist in Implementing periodical performance management reviews for all department on quarterly or Monthly basis in regards of competency and rating scales.
  • Participate in Identify training and development needs creating TNA, and coordinate training plan
  • Handles and applying all the recruitment cycle and undertake all the hiring activities
  • Handles the HR recruitment tasks towards our partnership accounts.
  • Create and publish Job ads in various portals
  • Source, screen and filters CVs
  • Conducting different types of interviews for a wide range of roles
  • Evaluate the interviewees based on a scoring system
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain talent pool of data for candidates
  • Updating the recruitment sheets daily and make daily & weekly & monthly reports or when required.
  • Conduct Exit interview and calculate turn over rate
  • Conduct orientation to newly hire position from different ranks
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with other departments.
  • Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work in order to achieve the objectives

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience from 2 to 5 years in a related industry achieving the same tasks.
  • Extensive experience in all Recruitment process and good knowledge of OD functions
  • HR Certificate or Diploma is preferred
  • Very good to Excellent English language
  • Very good verbal and written Communication skills and organization skills to maintain work at a high level
  • Time management skills and detailed oriented
  • Strong Problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Collaboration skills
  • Work Location: Abbas El Akkad, Nasr City
