Job Description
- Distribute sales targets and company-specific goals across branches.
- Develop a plan to achieve overall and company-specific sales targets.
- Monitor the achievement of company targets and provide performance improvement guidance based on customer withdrawals.
- Visit clients to activate non-operational pharmacies.
- Follow up with the team to collect customer debts within the deadlines set by the company.
- Monitor financial department reports to assess the status of collections and outstanding balances.
- Review bounced checks with the finance department and work on collecting them, if any.
- Follow up on customer issue reports and ensure proper communication with clients.
- Follow up and prepare deals with clients in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor and process expired product returns on a regular basis.
- Gather market and customer information to support the sales process.
- Prepare a visit plan for the team to meet with clients.
