Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Book Conference rooms, flight, hotels etc..
  • Organize, schedule meetings & appointments and develop communicate & follow up on meeting minutes
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Very good command of English language written and spoken is a Must.
