Job Description

  • Collect, verify accuracy, and sort information according to production processes data then computer entry.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
  • Research further information for incomplete documents.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Preparing required reports according to work rules and introduction them to the direct manager.
  • Controlling company and project documentation
  • Following and improving document control procedures
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
  • Sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Organize, maintain, and review documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures,
  • Archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule. 
  • Develop and maintain documents such as manufacturing related documents, approvals, and related items. 
  • Assists in training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, and retrieval.
  • Assist with file migrations and audits.
  • Helping in the planning stages of a specific project.
  • Efficient of organization management system with international standards.
  • Participating quality assurance activities.
  • Creating a schedule that outlines the names of employees, their respective departments, and planned overtime hours.
  • Coordinate with department supervisors to confirm which employees will be working overtime.
  • Maintain a daily attendance and absence log for all employees.
  • Regularly update the absence records to ensure accurate tracking for reporting.
  • Review current stock levels of materials, and determine the required quantities based on departmental needs then submit official requests to the warehouse for the necessary materials.
  • Requesting reports from each section of Quality department, ensure that all reports are complete and contain the necessary details, and consolidate all into a single comprehensive document.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Certified Lead Auditor 9001 is Must.
  • 2 years of experience in same position in relevant field.
  • Strong computer skills, and MS knowledge.
  • Preferable to have experience with ERP System.
  • Good Commend in English.
