Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1-3 years experience in IT support or network administration
Good knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs)
Experience with routers, switches, Windows Server, and Linux
Basic cybersecurity knowledge
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
