Job Description

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
  • Onboarding: Help coordinate new hire orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and assist with onboarding.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with document filing.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the team in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
  • HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, including training and development programs, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Data Management: Assist in compiling HR reports, collecting data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Learning and Development: Help coordinate training sessions, track employee progress, and assist in designing development programs.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus but not required.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
