Job Description
- Recruitment Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
- Onboarding: Help coordinate new hire orientations, prepare onboarding materials, and assist with onboarding.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and assist with document filing.
- Employee Engagement: Support the team in organizing and executing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
- HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, including training and development programs, performance management, and employee relations initiatives.
- Data Management: Assist in compiling HR reports, collecting data, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Learning and Development: Help coordinate training sessions, track employee progress, and assist in designing development programs.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus but not required.
