Rider Experience/ Equipment

ResponsibilityResponsible for formulating and continuously improving operational strategies and product rules for rider services, and driving their productization and implementation;Utilize daily rider feedback, rider surveys, data analysis, and other means to identify pain points and issues faced by riders, optimize product features, improve the rider experience and reduce the complaint rate.Procure rider equipment. Establish and maintain equipment distribution to riders. Ensures compliance of rider equipment.Requirement：1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3-5 years of related areas as operations of rider/driver experience, rider/driver quality, rider/driver compliance, rider/driver care2. Target oriented & data driven3. Energetic and excited about joining a startup environment4. Proficiency in Arabic and English
