Job Description
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on:
- Central air conditioning systems (HVAC)
- Backup generators
- Firefighting systems
- Water supply and health systems, including pumps Utilize Computerized Maintenance
- Management Systems (CMMS) to track tasks, asset performance, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and facility management teams for seamless operations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in MEP systems within operations, maintenance, and facility management.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems.
- System Knowledge: Proven familiarity with:
- HVAC systems.
- Generators and backup power
- Fire suppression and alarm systems.
- Water systems and related mechanical components.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in CMMS and other maintenance/asset management software.
